Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and strive to deliver great service to all of our clients. To ensure this, we have a Cancellation Policy in place.
- $50 Deposit Required to reserve booking slot. This will be refunded upon completion of detail.
- $50 Deposit Required to reserve first “Maintenance Suds”detail. All deposits waved afterwards.
- 48 Hour Cancellation Notice is required or deposit will NOT be refunded.
- 24 hour Reschedule Notice is required. Deposit will be refunded upon completion of detail.
Quote/Estimate Policy:
Please note our packages are described as “Starting At”. We want to respect the time of our clients & service technicians. A vehicle that is more dirty takes longer to complete.
- Quotes provided over the phone or text are rough estimates.
- Technicians reserve the right to modify quote upon arrival.
- $40 per extra 30 minutes after base detail rate/time.
Travel Fee Policy:
We aim to service our clients in a 45 minute radius of Charlotte. Due to mileage and traffic constraints we apply a moderate travel fee.
- Applicable to distances over 10 miles: $3 per extra mile traveled.
Discount Policy:
We eagerly welcome new clients that would appreciate our services. The following applies to our Discount Policy.
- A 15% Discount is applied upon completion of our “Super Suds” package + booking a follow up “Maintenance Suds” package. This package is the only package where a discount is applied.
Expectations Policy:
“Cleanest Car You Will Ever Drive” is our slogan and WE MEAN IT. But in the interest of transparency, not all vehicles can be restored to 100% showroom finish.
